Criss-Cross Wine Rack / Holder by envo design

Our new wine rack "Criss-Cross" is designed to be a blank canvas for the creative display of wine bottles, with the ability to create user customisable bottle display formations.

The functional benefits of this design are also huge, visual effect is only the start. The criss-cross formation is our favoured layout, but you can set the rack out how you want, maybe to separate bottles that are open, closed or even by wine type and brand. This achieved by which way they lean or face in the rack. Criss-Cross is designed to be as small as possible to not detract from the bottle formations, giving the illusion of bottles being held in mid air. It's overall footprint was also very important so as to only take up a small area no matter how the bottles were positioned, so it can compactly store bottles on kitchen worktops, counters and bars.

The wine rack / holder is created from a single piece of cut and folded brushed stainless steel, the use of minimal and quality materials were a must in the development of this product. The rack is 100% recyclable due to its one piece steel construction. We use thick quality stainless steel to insure weighty stability of the rack on surfaces and to keep its innovative triangular form. It's triangular form also enables multiple racks to be stacked on top of one another. Rubber feet are positioned on its underside to prevent movement on slippery surfaces. Tabs were also developed on the base of the bottle slots to hold the bottles in place, so as to be secure, but create the illusion of minimal contact with the rack.

Bottle labels can be viewed from both the front and back of the rack due to the open through layout of the rack. This is the case no matter how you have it set out, benefits can be had here in a restaurant or party scenario where the rack is positioned in the middle of a centrally positioned table. Bottles can also be easily retrieved and placed in the rack from all sides as well, great in the same scenario. Racked open bottles have a much less chance of being knocked over then ones that are free standing on a surface. The bottles can also be placed along one side of the rack, this could be ideal for say a bar display.

The options are endless, it would be a great feature for any event, party, gathering, restaurant, bar or just displaying and serving your favourite wines at home.

To give you a little backround to who we are and what we do. Envo design is a UK based product design manufacturer and retail company. We design all of the products we sell and try our up most to be as green as possible, from product manufacture to packaging. We are currently working hard on our new product release, a table top stainless steel wine rack with the ability to store and display four wine bottles. Release date is yet to be confirmed, but will be in a few weeks. We will post more details of this innovative wine holder closer to time.
